At Matrika Jiva, returns and refunds are valid only as per the terms and conditions below:
Defective / Incorrect Product Replacement
Please notify us of any defective or incorrectly shipped product within 7 days of receipt. You can contact us via:

If the product is reported defective within 24 hours of receipt, our team will assess whether it can be repaired. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced.
To return a product, please schedule a courier pickup with our customer support. Pickup will be arranged within 7 days of your request. You are requested to be available at the agreed pickup time. If courier attempts fail twice, you will need to deliver the product to our office along with all required documents.
Return Product Requirements
- Original invoice must be included.
- All original packaging, accessories, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels, and other items must be included.
- The product must be in unused and sellable condition.
Once we receive your product meeting the above conditions, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. You will receive an email confirmation when the replacement is dispatched.
Products will not be replaced or refunded if:
- The product is damaged due to use or misuse.
- The product has a manufacturing defect but has been used.
- The product has been tampered with.
You can request replacement for the entire purchase or part of it, only for products purchased on the Matrika Jiva website. Please note, incorrect shipments or damages during transit will only be acknowledged if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
