Shipping Destinations

 As the sole partner and distributor of Matrika Jiva products in Madhya Pradesh, we proudly deliver to all cities and towns across the state. From Bhopal to Indore, Gwalior to Jabalpur, and every location in between, we ensure timely and secure delivery to your doorstep.

Note: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. Separate orders must be placed for shipment to multiple locations.

Shipping & Handling Charges

• Domestic Orders: Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
• International Orders: Currently, we do not deliver internationally.
• Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistics partner is coming soon.

Track Order

All registered customers can track their orders by clicking on the “Track Order” option.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to deliver on time.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders

Orders within Madhya Pradesh are typically delivered within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation date, unless delayed due to governmental authority, Act of God (war, earthquake, riots, etc.), or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds in such cases are processed to the customer’s bank account using the original payment method.

Matrika Jiva partners with reputed courier agencies to ensure prompt and secure delivery. Please ensure the delivery address entered is correct.

Important: For office addresses, provide department details, employee number, and direct landline numbers to prevent delivery issues.

Identity Verification

Please keep one of the following identity cards ready for verification during delivery:

• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter Identification Card
• Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

Transit Insurance

All orders are covered by Matrika Jiva for transit insurance to ensure safety during shipping.
